I called for an appointment for a faucet that wouldn't shut off. I was given an appointment quickly. Lou showed up on time, he explained what was happening, how he was going to fix it and what I can do in the future. He patient when I asked him questions, explained potential risks and cleaned up completely after himself. This was the first time I ever had to hire a plumber, Capital was recommended to me and now I see why. Would use and recommend again. I appreciate the peace of mind knowing all the information upfront (the potential bad/good).

Capital plumbing and heating installed two tankless water heaters in my home and the job was done fast and done right. The workers were organized and left everything spotless. They even got the job done before Christmas.

I’ve scheduled an appointment for an evaluation of a slow draining kitchen sink and occasional leak from shower faucet. Louie came within the scheduled 2 hour window which I appreciated. He addressed the slow draining kitchen sink, which now is working better than it has for 10+ years. He is hardworking, experience, through, polite and conscientious. Louie gave me options in regards to the occasional leak, was honest & considerate about my options. Unlike another plumber I called that told me I should replace all the bathtub faucets for $600. That guy didn’t give me a choice plus he didn’t even check it out! My problem had something to do with the sequence of turning off the shower and faucets. Thank you Louie! I greatly appreciate your time and help! Will definitely call Capital Plumbing for plumbing concerns in the future!

We had Capital install a heater several years ago. They did a great job, so when we needed a valve turned off recently in preparation for a stove installation - they were the first ones we called. It's not typical work that they do, but they kindly helped us out. Louie performed the service, he was knowledgeable, prompt and professional. Sometimes the trade off with using a small local company is that they're not reliable or professional, but I love that Capital has it all!
